传戒日期：阳历2019年12月6日(Fri)至12月8日(Sun)(Afternoon) 出堂
农历十一月十一(星期五)至十一月十三(星期日)（下午）出堂
Date ：6 Dec 2019 (Fri) to 8 Dec 2019 (ends Sun afternoon)
传戒地点: 佛教会
Venue : The Buddhist Union
28 Jalan Senyum Singapore 418152 (near Kembangan MRT)
1. 报名日期：即日起至12月1日止
Registration Date: Now open until 1 Dec 2019
2. 受戒资格：皈依三宝，正信佛教，身心健康、无不良嗜好者，皆可报名参加
Precepts Eligibility: Applicants who have taken the Three Refuges, physically healthy and with good character may apply
3. 受戒费用Fee：$50
4. 报名手续 : 填写报名表一份，照片二张，皈依证影印本，身份证正反面影印本
Registration procedures: A Registration Form, 2 personal photos, photocopies of the Three Refuges Certificate and Identity Card
5. 携带物品 : 身份证、黑海青、 自备缦衣、 睡袋、换洗衣物、随身药品（如有）
Carrying Items: Identity card, Hai Qing (black robe), Man Yi (brown precepts robe), sleeping bag, personal clothing and medications (if necessary)
6. 报到日期：2019年12月5日傍晚2点至4点
Reporting Date: 5 Dec 2019, 2-4 pm
