Columbarium

The Buddhist Union operates a columbarium named The Dhammasukha Memorial Hall in memory of our founder, the late Venerable Dhammasukha. It is located in 29 Jalan Senyum just across the road from the Main Shrine. It was rebuilt in 2001 into a modern 2-storey building with a basement car park and an elevator for the convenience of our visitors.

Freehold Niches

The columbarium has more than 14,000 niches on a free-hold basis for urns and memorial tablets. It offers a blissful and serene final resting place for the remains of our departed loved ones. The spacious hall provides a conducive place for family members to come and pay respect and make offerings to the Buddhas as well as in memory of their loved ones.

Opening Hours

The Dhammasukha Memorial Hall is open daily from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Buddhist services are conducted on every new moon and full moon days. Dharma Functions are also held during the Qing Ming festival and the Ullambana festival on the lunar seventh month.
